The providers of this service ("we") are not responsible for the content of any messages posted. Messages posted express the views of their author only.

You agree to not use this service to post any material which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violates any laws.

We reserve the rights to remove or modify any messages posted for any reason.

All information or content you submit or upload may be reviewed by staff members. Do not submit any content or information that you consider to be private or confidential.

Accounts - One user per account, One account per user.

Advertisements - No ads are to be placed anywhere on this forum without prior approval. Classified area is exempt.

Spam - Do not spam this forum. This can include, but is not limited to:

1. Advertising without permission.
2. Posting one or more similar messages on the forums.
3. Unwanted emails or private messages sent to members.

Flaming - Attack the member's post or topic, not the member. The following are not allowed

Insults - Any type of insult directed from one member to another member. Please remember that there is a big difference between "criticism" and "insulting".

Homosexual Slurs - Any type of homosexual slur directed from one member to another member, whether it'd be false claims that the member being flamed is a homosexual, or mocking a homosexual member for their sexual preference.

Sexual Slurs - Any type of sexual slur directed from one member to another member, whether it'd be describing explicit sexual behavior involving the member being flamed, or typing sexually explicit slurs using the likeness of the member being flamed.

Racial Slurs - Any type of slur directed from one member to another member or ethnic background insulting a specific ethnic background.

Trolling - Do not make posts just to get a negative reaction from people. Do not follow people around to various threads just to bother or harass them.

Private Messaging - Do not send private messages to people that ask you not to do so. Do not advertise by private message.

Violence - No physical threats to others.

Signatures - Keep signatures within reason. No links are to be placed in your signature without prior approval.

Avatars - Do not use offensive words, offensive images or profanity in your avatar.

Pornography - No pornography is allowed on this forum. This includes graphic images, videos or derogatory text.

Child Porn - This will be reported to the authorities, along with your IP address and internet provider information.

Profanity - The forum filters certain words for a reason. Do not try to circumvent any word filters that are in place.

Personal Information - Do not post the personal information of other people, even if it is publicly available elsewhere.

Adherence - If you feel as though you cannot adhere to the above rules, then do not post on this forum. Consequences for breaking rules will be made on a case by case basis. This may include, but is not limited to; PM warnings, removal of posts, or temp / permanent banning. Final decisions made by Admin.

Member Police - Do not assume the role of a moderator. Let the forum staff enforce the rules. Feel free to report posts, but don't follow people around the forum posting which rules you think that they are breaking.

Links - Allowed in posts as long as they are not to an advertisement. No links in signatures.

Affiliate Links - They are not allowed, period. Not in a profile, not in a signature and they are not to be posted.

Copyrighted Articles - Follow fair use guidelines. Post a piece of the article to give people an idea what it is about, then a link to the rest.

Realtors - Chat and share info, but don't push your service or advertise your properties.

Problems with Staff - If you have an issue with any staff here, please contact the forum Admin regarding the issue.

Inappropriate Posts - If you find an inappropriate topic, reply, or a post that has been made in the wrong place, please feel free to use the "Report Post" link to report it, with a brief description of the problem. While the staff puts a lot of time in here, we may not see every thread or post on the forums, especially as the forum continues to grow.
