You are a fresh MIT grad going to work in the big rocket industry in town. But you are different from most ppl here because of your smug belief in the scientific method.

Ppl make small talk by asking what church you go to. If you tell them you are not religious, they will be appalled and make sure you feel like an outsider.

So what church do you pick to pretend to be a co-religionist?

Why cant you stand up for your convictions?

A relationship structured on lies will reflect its outcome anyway. I am sure human resources could care less. YOu are both there for money.
