I guess that's a start. But I have to wonder. Arnold is claiming this as a fresh idea to get money, right? What would normally happen to all this stuff? Wouldn't it normally be sold at auction and the money go into the general fund? I mean the cars and stuff. So he's taking something that normally happens and claiming it's his idea to raise money for the state deficit?
