I DID have a couple that was interested until their relationship fell apart..

Others have been interested as well, but for one reason or another.. haven't been able to make it happen either... Another couple had been thinking about it only if they could sell their house first....needless to say they haven't been able to sell their house yet either....

However, Wesley Chapel has already broke ground for a new mall within a short driving distance (out by SR 56)... so maybe that will help.

TBC... Please help spread the word!!
