Crime All Around Us in the USA - TalkStates

This might be a pointless, random rant. From watching to news and from what I've seen on the internet, it seems like crime (especially gang crime) is happening all around us. It seems like crime is occurring in major cities, especially on the West Coast. Look at Los Angeles. I'm glad I'm out of high school, because it seems like they're increasingly crowded with idiots and gangs.

That's the end of my rant.

There are areas of the nation with lower crime or less crime.
Safe states include Connecticut, Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire in New England.

It`s a crazy argument..Look at that other place,,,who`s name I refuse to mention,, and you would think the UK is collapsing under the weight of crime..
It`s Tosh!! London is not great in it`s suburbs. This is not meant, so pleeease don`t pick up on it, as racial. But the fact is the vast majority of London crime is black on black gang related....Away from London your chances of being a victim of any crime are about 3 in 100,000..I don`t know the figures for America.. But I`m pretty sure the US is very similar....

I saw some interesting figures on a show yesterday discussing knife crime in the UK, a problem that seems to get well overblown in the press here..In the UK you are 6x more likely to be killed falling down stairs, and 2x more likely to die choking on food...There are certainly lessons to be learned..

2]..Liquidise all your food..
That is my contribution to health and safety...There I feel much better now...

With this sorry economy, crime no doubt will be on the rise. All a person can do is be aware of your surroundings. I rarely go out at night, except for an occasional concert.
