|  Rhode Island Oks Buying Pot for Medicinal Purposes.
The state of Rhode Island joins California and a few other states allowing the purchase of Marijuana for medicinal purposes--- The Governor of the state of CT- is against this.I believe that marijuana can be an effective drug to help those suffering from HIV, Cancer.
