Photos

Admin, I have a TON of great scenery photos from a lot of different states and Cities. I would like to post them here, but it is a pain to store them somewhere and keep them in that spot. So..... would it be possible to have a sticky thread for each state labeled "Photo Album" or something, and have the ability to upload photos to you to place them in that thread? And keep it so it as closed thread with photos only, who took the photo, and what or where it is. I think this would be a huge plus for your site.

I think photos of scenery/places would be a great idea. However, on 'another' site there are albums of everything, including scenery and people. Many of those photos I view as being in poor taste, and border on worse. There are some photos of teenage females sunning themselves on the beach, and captioned "cheerleaders". Also, there are pictures of children proudly uploaded to the internet by parents and grand parents. Naturally, I haven't looked at all of those because there are thousands. So, while the scenery is a great idea, perhaps it may be a good idea to exclude 'people'. Just an idea.

That is why I suggested we upload them to the Admin to let him make the final call if it is appropriate for the "photo album" and also to keep it looking the same format throughout. As for other photos, I believe we can post them anywhere we want to, as long as they are in good taste (found out the hard way)

But, keeping them where the scenery is the main focus of the photo, even if there are people in the background, would be a good idea.
