What do you know about a dry creek bed? We need to get the water away from the house. We had two excavators here for estimates. One says to put the dry creek bed in, the other says it's not necessary because he is going to put drains near the garage. I still say having the dry creek bed is more insurance to keep the water from getting close to the house.

So did you end up putting in the dry creek bed or not? We have never needed a dry creek bed on any of our lots before.
