These places have always been fascinating to me...although I've only seen pictures or movies. Are the people friendly there? Is it as pretty in real life as I think it may be?
Real generosity is doing something nice for someone who will never find it out.

I thought it was beautiful and I was young so everyone seemed really nice to me. One thing I really remember is boating at sunrise..that was really big with our friends. And I remember it so well because I AM NOT A MORNING PERSON!

We stayed up really late and then were woken early to go have coffee and scones on the yacht... at some UNGODLY hour.. but it was really pretty.

Now that we are back in the Northeast, I would also love to go to Martha's Vinyard and the Cape. My son's girlfriend lives in Malden Mass. so when we are up there someday, we will go and see the wonderful sunrise. That's if I am up at that time, I too am a night person.

Martha's Vineyard is beautiful, but very expensive. In 1998 a lobster dinner cost $30.00.

Wow that's pretty cheap! We have some steak houses in San Antonio that costs an average of $60 a plate.
Get ready for war, the United States is going to collapse.

It would be interesting to see how much a lobster dinner would cost on Martha's Vineyard.
