Moving to San Diego? Rate Topic:

Me and two of my friends are looking to move to the San Diego area. As we are from Baltimore, I have no clue what to really look for in the SD area. Any advice on an affordable place to live in that area would be greatly appreciated. We are 21-22, so a town with alot of younger people would be desired....If not San Diego, are there any other suggestions of coastal cities that we can consider. Thanks
