The sun was out for a few hours this morning as I was passing through this pretty little town in Orleans County. Fall colors are a bit off this year as some trees have it and some don't. This is the home of Craftsbury Academy, the local high school and Sterling College, a tiny liberal arts school. The fenced in area serves as both a baseball and soccer field.
Alfred Hitchcock made a film here circa 1955 with a young Shirley MacLaine called The Trouble With Harry.
Thank you YS! They are still beautiful! The weatherman here said northern VT is at peak for fall colors and we are at about 50%. Up along Rt2 and the 95 it is already quite colorful but I can't get out and take pics without getting killed.
Vermont got it's first magnet school! Great news especially for the Burlington area which is where the school is located. Opening up a whole new world for many kids.
