Thanks for the story Sky. You know from my past posts that hunger in the USA has a soft spot in me. These stories are far and few between in the news. What does make the news is what the crooked corrupt criminal govt tells the news to report to us. And that is that everything is just peachy fine. Things are improving, homes are starting to sell, jobs are being created, unemployment is decreasing.......bla bla bla. But the truth is there are still a half million jobs being lost every month and no single statistic shows any promise that anything is improving. Factory production is the lowest in USA history including during the great depression.
If one were to calculate the unemployment rate today exactly the same method as it was done in 1930 one would see the true honest numbers are worse then 20% unemployment rate today. Today statistics and numbers are manipulated to make the desired effect look better then it really is. Despite all the lies, the gullable American voter will still go out every November and support their lying politician. That insults my intelligence.
Some older people say that during the Great Depression there were grown educated well dressed men selling apples for 10 cents on the corner to feed their family. I say today we have grown educated well dressed men spinning pizza signs on the corner for $50 per day. Tell me what the difference is. Different dollar amounts for a different time.

A government big enough to give you anything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have.
